1) If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item from us, please contact us via email or phone for a replacement or refund.
2) If you are not happy with your purchase or you receive a faulty product, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.
3) Postage for change of mind returns or exchanges will be at your expense. Postage will only be refunded if the product was faulty on arrival).
4) Items returned for incorrect choice must be received in original, unopened condition.
5) If you took advantage of our freight free service for orders over $100, and your return brings your total order to less than $100,
then you will be refunded for the item, less the $9.95 delivery charge for orders under $100.
6) If you return a total order for refund, you will be charged the flat rate of $9.95 for the postage of your order.
